The Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) program provides guidelines to contractors for designing and remodeling homes for maturing adults and those with special needs.

Cross Connection Remodeling completed this certification to provide customers, with 'aging-in-place' remodeling requirements, the highest level of service certified by the Remodelers Council of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). To complete this certification the contractor completes a thorough education program followed by rigorous testing. If the contractor passes the required testing, they have proven their skills and abilities meet the highest standards required to perform this type of remodeling and are given this certification.
